(ANCHORAGE, AK – June 18, 2009) — The CIRI Foundation (TCF) has released an important statement in response to the current economic conditions.  All applicants are encouraged to review the following letter regarding  TCF’s availability of scholarship and grant funding for the 2009 calendar year:

The mission of The CIRI Foundation is to promote individual self-development and economic self-sufficiency through education and to maintain pride in culture and heritage among Alaska Natives who are original enrollees of Cook Inlet region and their descendents.
